Dr. Witt (formerly Dr. Derrow) is a licensed, board-certified dermatologist who grew up in Central Florida. Dr. Witt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. She received her M.D. from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2004. Nikki is a licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant. Growing up in Miami, Florida, she received her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. She then graduated with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. She joined Derrow Dermatology in 2016 and previously practiced Internal Medicine at The New York Presbyterian Hospital Cornell in Manhattan.

Karen is a licensed medical esthetician, registered Medical Assistant and a certified Coolsculpting Technician with 13 years’ experience in Dermatology and 7 years’ experience in body contouring. Karen thoroughly enjoys working one on one with patients to develop a customized plan to assess the number of treatment areas needed to help our patients reach their goals for optimal results.
